Admission Process 2010-2011
1) Register online to request a Viewbook and Admissions packet if you don’t yet have one.
2) Attend Open House – Pre-register online.
3) Schedule Your School Visit (full day, student only) and Interview (student and parent). Please schedule at least one week in advance. 415-231-6139.
4) Submit Application – Completed application due no later than Thursday, January 13, 2011.
- Submit Student Part A – student brings on day of visit
- Parent Application Part I & II – Common App & Parent/Guardian Bio of Applicant
- Student Application Part B: Self-Portrait & Academic Work Sample
- $75 Application Fee
5) Give Forms to Current School
- Transcript Release Form to your current school – Registrar
- Recommendation Form to current school official - Counselor/Principal Form
- Teacher Forms to current school instructors - English and Mathematics
5) Financial Aid—Submit SFWS Affordable Tuition Application
- Our Affordable Tuition Program application, PFS forms and SSS Business Form are available online beginning November 1, 2010 and all forms must be submitted to SSS by January 13, 2011. For more information please visit http://sfwaldorfhighschool.org/Admissions/Tuition/affordabletuitionprogram.asp.
