Community Service

Through involvement with our community, San Francisco Waldorf High School students develop a sense of social responsibility and gain a strong foundation for a life-long commitment to service.

During their high school years, students commit to a minimum of five weeks of service work at local non-profit organizations or state-run agencies.

In ninth and tenth grade, students participate in Project Week, an opportunity to spend a week beyond the walls of the school learning about and fulfilling the needs of the surrounding communities of San Francisco and beyond.
