Tuition

The tuition at San Francisco Waldorf High School for the 2010-2011 school year is $27,775. More information about payment plans can be found on our all school website.

Woodworking

In our twelfth year of operation, we have developed a budget that assures a strong faculty as well as strong academic, artistic, and athletic programs.

Annual tuition is set by the Board of Trustees in early February, and will be posted shortly thereafter. Any family who believes that its resources are insufficient to meet tuition costs is encouraged to apply for the Affordable Tuition Program.

INVESTING IN WALDORF EDUCATION

Tuition does not fully cover the cost of each child’s education and therefore the school depends on a strong base of volunteer support with fundraising, special events, and assistance with many aspects of the operation of the school. The school expects each parent to make a commitment to participate in the life of the school by contributing time, skills, and money to the best of their ability.

Community Involvement

Our goal is to find a way for every parent to feel they have made a contribution to the school. Participating in our fundraising and support programs is not only necessary, but also rewarding and renewing.

Tuition payments are an investment in your child's academic and personal development. Your investment helps to sustain the academic program and supportive community that makes SFWHS unique, and gives the teachers and administrators of the school a deep sense of responsibility to the students and families that make this education possible.
